June 19, 2004- MIPG announced today it will be reviewing applications to sponsor 1 or 2 full paid rides for a Northwest karting summer league. “We want to help promote road racing to the up and coming drivers in the Northwest” Stated, Ty Moore, President of MIPG Motorsports, “we think that karting provides just the opportunity for promoting Road Racing in the Northwest and introducing young adults to a organized racing venue”. Kart racing is considered the first rung of the organized racing ladder in motorsports and todays electric karts provide a fast, safe and competitive way to participate in organized racing. MIPG Corp. of Washington State provides support to a multitude of non-profit efforts. Since 1996 MIPG has provided financial and volunteer support to Children's Hospital, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, United Way, Women for Women, Mariners Care kids program, WFRA, Schools, and more. MIPG Motorsports has been competing in racing and supporting Motorsports drivers in the Northwest since 1995 by providing sponsorships and contingency programs to qualified racers and sanctioning bodies.
